After a message I left on a friend's site, I've had requests for the recipe for Windy Pie, so here it it, enjoy!

(The bit about HE is to do with Slimming World, so if you're not on that diet, just ignore)

The mozerella is one HE, but depends on how much of it you eat!! - it usually serves 4, so one portion, being 1/4 of a HE.

As to why it's called Windy Pie, I think you might be able to guess ;)

Ingredients:
1 onion
Small punnet of mushrooms (I prefer chestnut, but any will do)
Packet of quorn sausages (the tomato and basil ones go best with this recipe)
2 tins of beans
Smash or mashed potatoes
42g grated mozerella


Directions:
Dice the onion and quarter the mushrooms then fry in fry lite. Place in a casserole/pie dish.
Chop up the quorn sausages and lightly fry in fry light. Add to the casserole dish.
Add 2 tins of beans into the casserole dish and stir all the contents together.
Top with a layer of mash then sprinkle the mozerella on top.
Bake in the oven for about 30 mins until golden brown.
